Baking and Pastry for Cooks II supports students to expand their foundational pastry skills through demonstration and hands-on lab work. Students prepare a range of advanced products including frozen confections, cheesecakes, soufflés, cakes, petit fours, icings, sauces, and chocolate-based desserts.
